Kawartha Lakes Idol Contest Congratulations to our Kawartha Lakes Idol winner Alyson Dupis!
Last year we held our first Kawartha Lakes Idol contest and it went so well we have decided to make this an annual event.  Co Sponsored by Energy 99.3, Burleigh Island Lodge & Spa and Saucy Tune Graphic and Sound, our winner goes to the official Canadian Idol Auditions in Toronto in April expenses paid as well as gets to record a track with Saucy Tune Graphic and Sound in their recording studio and a MUSIC VIDEO. WOW. Our top 10 performed on March 29/08 for our celebrity judges and the audience. Our Judges were Brian Vollmer of Helix, Jay Cooper solo artist, Robin Hawkins solo artist, Ken Tizzard formerly of The Watchmen and Thornley and Mona Tranter a music video choreographer and dance instructor.  Thank you to all of our judges, this year was fantastic, we had great tallent and it was a very difficult desicion.
